News has broken that original stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will reprise their iconic roles in the next chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The film is currently in production.

The duo are returning as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the characters they made famous. It is believed their cameos will take the form of a brief glimpse ahead, given that the original saga concluded with their characters living in peace.
